Bactericidal effectiveness:

  • Bactericidal quantitative suspension test during 5 minutes at 30°C with  interfering substances
  • Dirty conditions:
  • low level: 3g/L of albumin,
  • high level: 10g/L of albumin + 10 g/L of yeast    extract or other)

Successful test:

     => Microbial reduction >= 5 logs <=> divided by 100 000
